Nick shows an interest in realty other agents don't. He's interested in the psychology of the sale, lighting techniques in photography, and how to immerse technology with the practice. Highly recommend to those in the Lawrence area- he is knowledgable and will fight for you.
Nick was so amazing! As first time home buyers the process of purchasing a home seemed so daunting but Nick helped make it seamless and as manageable - and answered my millions of questions. I know, in the future, if/when we decide to relocate we'll definitely be contacting him again!!
I only know Nick in a personal capacity and have never done business with him but he is a great guy.
