We were able to buy our house with Nest Realty but we have had nothing but problems. We've already had two lawsuits regarding our purchase. Our realtor, James Nolen, was not honest with us and didn't disclose everything in our best interest. On multiple occasions we are certain that our realtor lied to us about the condition of the property. We relied on our realtor to handle the closing of the property and many fixtures were removed from the property despite our contract stating otherwise.
