Mulberry Lane Apartments

We went just about 30 days without a working oven/stove so we asked for some sort of compensation for loss of use. We were very nice in the whole process of the 30 days as well. As soon as we emailed the property manager she got immediately defensive and all she said was that is wasn't her fault. We told her we weren't faulting anyone we just wanted compensation for loss of use for the 30 days (where we had to eat out a lot, buy an air fryer and crockpot). She has now ghosted us and will not respond to us which I believe to be very childish, especially when you are a manager. The property staff and maintenance, we have never had an issue with and they always get to our requests at a good time, however the property manager is a different story. I’ve lived here for about a year now and just recently renewed my lease! It’s not a bad place to live starting out. Definitely not my forever home but it’s great. I use the dog park for my puppy and he loves it. It’s just the right about of room for him to run around. Maintenance is normally pretty good about getting things done in a timely manner, of course giving the issue it’s different for everyone! I almost never have issues. The staff is very nice, they always say hi and greet you when around them! Really the only reason I didn’t do five stars is because not everything is perfect. :) but definitely a good place to live.

Lived at Mulberry for a year, management and office respond to requests super quick. Never felt like a complaint wasn't looked into. They upgraded the toilets while I was there and I received a refund for rent over pay a month after move out. Would definitely recommend for a good lower cost apartment.

AVOID THIS PLACE UNTIL THEY GET BETTER MANAGEMENT! I have lived here over 7 years now & it was so good & beautiful in the first 3 years but has steadily declined these last 4+. EVERYthing is so dirty & run down now. We have had 3 management companies & 2 owners & this latest, Superior Management (ironic name?!) has terrible reviews on Google & I get it! It wasn’t great before them because we had a very nasty property manager but then they took over & gave us the densest, meanest woman as property manager, who has no business in this business. She was so unprofessional & let this place go to complete garbage. Then they apparently transferred her & brought back a previously good manager 5 months ago but she was no longer interested in being a good manager. My building was without hot water

Apartments are quiet and unable to hear other people. Pet friendly ❤️. Office and maintenance are easy to get ahold of and there is fast turnaround for items needing to be addressed. For the most part its a nice apartment and safe environment. I do wish laundry was cheaper but its typical compared to laundromat.
