Mountain View

Honestly, when I lived there my partner and I were racially profiled and accused of things we didn't do multiple times and as soon as I called them out for racially profiling they left us alone. Don't live here it went up 400$ in 3 years when I lived there 3 years ago.

This apartment has gone down hill. They have raised rent and have zero vetting on who they let live here and that includes people with zero common sense. Just today (august 2 2025 9:50 pm) so not even close to July 4th. there was big fireworks in the apartment complex and from the look of it they lived in the apartments. and this isn't the first time either. And I know the people that live here can vouch for it as well. Big roach fest, mold with zero help from maintenance. If you have kids, pay the extra few for their safety and yours. as far as dog poop, I don't care. But fireworks right by the apartment is a threat to kids safety and they did it with zero regards. The manager lady is nice. They used to have night watchers but that only lasted like 2 weeks. They need to put security

My family and I used to live at Mountain View. Unfortunately we moved out recently due to changes in management. Things ran a-lot better with Sara was there. landscaping need of cleanup, trash area always messy and hard to get ahold of management.

We lived here for 4 years, each year management got lazy to the point everything is rotting, walls, ceilings, the grounds are destroyed, pool is cracked and they are not fixing it. Multiple infestations of cockroaches in a lot of apartments still. We witnessed a rat coming down a water spout on a few occasions. maintenance doesn't know how to fix anything. Have friends there that are still waiting for repairs to get done. (Over 1+ years waiting) didn't have a toilet for a couple days and onsite management didn't seem that it was that important to fix, but The office can get a full remodel with new furniture. ***newest update*** Daniel, the manager posed such a threat to my family that I denied my forwarding address upon move out. I was ridiculed over this by Lana the portfolio manager. She felt that Daniel and Ronnie were good people who would never harm anyone. Ronnie was the maintenance man and a raging alcoholic who was mentally unstable. Daniel physically assaulted another tenant on the property a few weeks ago and was fired immediately. While it saddens me to hear that a tenant was assaulted, I am grateful that IPM was FINALLY able to see how dangerous these men were. Ronnie was also terminated during this time. IPM is willing to hire some pretty terrible people and look the other way when residents speak up about their mistreatment by IPM staff. I tried to warn Lana about how dangerous t
