Montgomery County Assessment

Used what I believe to be the previous system last year which was MUCH easier to navagate and offered more complete information. In the Map Mode of this newer iteration, the cross hairs used to point at the area in question always landed two township Northwest of the pointer and each of the N/S/E/W directional arrows in the upper left corner moved the entire map Northwest. It took me 20 tries to highlight the area I needed. Frustrating almost to the point of being worthless except that I have no choice.

The website is easy to navigate. I found the information I needed without a lot of steps. I rate it very helpful.

It's a govt agency. Much like Walmart, you know what to expect.

Great reference tool for accurate information.

Will not even answer phone calls.
