Montecito Apartments

I moved in at the beginning of the month and everyone has been so helpful from the beginning. Jasmine and Amber genuinely went above and beyond to ensure that we got the apartment . They were very patient and answered any and all questions I had and maintenance is very on top of request . So far it’s been an easy transition and my family and I are happy with our new home . Definitely recommend these apartments .

The maintenance team is always on point and follows up with the order in a timely manner. I have been here along time very nice and close to everything the up keep is good as well lawns well manicured

The whole complex smells like weed. The smells cover the whole block. There must be a drug lab. It happens all night long until the earlier morning before the office opens. It is hard to sleep and interfere with my work. If you want to live like that then this is your place. I cannot stand the smell it is so bad for anyone health. It's hard for me to breathe here and I developed a cough. It is not couple of people smoking, it is well beyond that. Do not move here if you care about your health.

Very pleases with my experience living at Montecito! Jasmine, Julie, and amber are very sweet and the maintenance team is very attentive.

I left because they just couldn't remedy the pest problem. Very attentive office management but it was out of their control.
