Dear; Belmont Ridge Apartments 😃 My Husband and I just moved here few months ago it’s has been truly a gem! The location is unbeatable, right near public transportation, great restaurants, schools and shopping so close by! Our apartment just feel like Home we are really blessed! 🏡 👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏻 Lots of space, neighbors are really friendly. Dog park, swimming pool, gym and more. Apartments are clean and easy to move into. Patios have plenty of space to sit out and enjoy the day. ☀️ 🌳 ☕️ The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive to any maintenance requests, making our living experience here fantastic. We couldn't be happier with the value we're getting for our rent and also thanks you so much to our property manager Amanda she’s the best!!

I have lived here for 2.5 years. From the day I moved in I’ve had a positive experience interacting with the Belmont staff. They maintain the complex and are always making improvements. They ensure the roads and sidewalks are well maintained in the winter. I appreciate all the activities they sponsor and the pool is wonderful! Maintenance is responsive and has fixed any issue quickly.

Living here doesn't feel like an apartment, it feels like home! The little events like the Bagel Bar & Friends giving, food trucks, plant a succulent- are super cool! The staff always includes the pets in events too!!! The maintenance staff are very professional and friendly- always solve any issues promptly. Truly an asset to this property. The pool and property here are beautiful! The remodel of the great room looks stylish and forward thinking!

I have been living with Monroeville Apartments since 2021, and it has never been anything but a pleasant experience! Staff: Those working in the office are available and happy to serve their community! I appreciate that they have longer office hours, so I can get ahold of someone pretty quickly. The maintenance team is TOP NOTCH. Very professional, answers requests promptly, and they even take the time to explain what/how/why they fixed whatever needed fixed. I especially love that they've taken the time to meet my dog so she isn't so nervous when they come into the apartment to meet a maintenance request. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the team at Belmont Ridge. Every time I’ve needed assistance, it has been handled in a timely manner. I cannot Say enough about their response to work orders or the general upkeep of the complex. Usually, I know it’s snowing because I hear the snow removal and treatment trucks going through the complex. Moving to Belmont Ridge has been an excellent experience for me.
