Stone Church Apartments

I lived here at Stone Church Apartments for over 3 years and I absolutely loved it. Loved my setup, love the "Den" style design of the apartments. I was on the second floor so the ceilings are vaulted and high, which is excellent since I'm 6'3! Any issues I've ever had, the landlord and maintenance team attended to it right away. Had an amazing overall experience. Also, the location is superb; near a ton of restaurants, shopping, and the parkway/highways to get around easily!

Landlord will take your security deposit even if you leave ur apartment in great condition . my security deposit taken for “ trash removal and damages “ when I left my apartment completely empty and vacuumed/ , wiped down. I didn’t see the need to clean out everything because it’s the landlords job to get the apartment professionally cleaned prior to renting to someone else. But it was in a normal Condition, a few small holes in the wall, and minor normal Wear and tear which according to the lease something the tenant should not be charged for. this behavior isn’t surprising because the landlord harassed me during the last 10 months that I lived at stone church. He went as far as putting a camera on my Neighbors door (claiming it was my neighbors) but it was really his so That he could

Honestly it was all peaches and cream until i lived there for alittle , they would definitely fix everything when i had asked pretty quick if there was a issue, we had bats in our apartment flying in, When we would make a loud sound on accident or even talk loudly alittle the neighbors would call the cops , they were all white as well they called the cops when they seen me bring someone to my apartment and would try to charge me for having company, they put a CAMERA on my neighbors door to watch who i bring in a out my apartment literally. They would literally watch my everymove and text me about what im doing, i just personally wouldnt recommend moving here if you have children or wanna have anyone come to your place. they just werent really understanding, you had to literally be a robot

Overpriced dilapidated apartments. Lived here for 18 months and left as soon as i could. Doors in apartment didn’t close because of the landlord special paint job, i messages the second day of my residency and it was never addressed. Similar situation when the oven broke. Tenets were loud and smoked weed regularly, landlord refused to address the issue. One neighbor had to be forcibly removed by rifle armed police officers for vandalizing another tenets vehicle after a two hour siege of the room on the other side of my wall. Ceiling caved in shortly after i left. When the landlords weren’t negligent there were forceful and threatening. There are nice, fairly priced apartments across the street and down the road, look there instead.

We had a great experience living at the Stone Church Apartments. We lived there for about a year and a half and we had almost no issues the entire time we were there. When a minor issue did come up, Rob / staff took care of it right away. It was fantastic! We also loved the convenience of the location... if we needed something from the store we could be to Giant Eagle or Target in less than a minute. It was also SO nice being so close to the parkway and turnpike. Additionally, it was great having laundry on site and you don't have to drive to a laundromat. We would highly recommend living here!
