Monroeville Apartments at Deauville Park

Look at the end if you want to see why specifically I think they are worthy of 5 stars. Myself and an old roommate used to live here from September 2023 - September 2024. We split the rent and the place was fairly affordable in comparison to other places around at the time. The apartments themselves are nothing fancy. Large space enough to fit the two of us comfortably (2 bedroom with large living room). The appliances in the kitchen were decently old but worked with no issues and don't remember ever needing to call in a maintenance request. Water, sewage and trash were built in for an additional $50 or so. Meaning you only had to take care of paying what you owed as well as electricity and internet (Duquesne and Xfinity/Comcast only). Do not live here. All they do is rob you blind. $1200 a month for a 600sq ft apartment. A JOKE. Don’t be two simple weeks late on rent or you’ll be threatened, nothing works correctly and absolutely nothing is updated. Moved in here to a 20 year old water heater AND AC and furnace system. Both went within 3 months of moving in. Moral of the story DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have nothing but regret moving into this complex.

We moved here about 4 months back. We have had no issues so far, the maintenance team has been excellent in resolving issues in a swift manner. Our apartment is really quiet and the neighbors are also friendly too. The complex is also well kept. Only thing I can think of an improvement could be to add a few more equipments to the gym IMO. Thanks Deauville park for making this place feel like home.

I've lived here for close to a year and this has been by far my best apartment experience. The apartment was incredibly clean when I moved in, and I've never had an issue with bugs or pests. The maintenance team is great and has always fixed things for me in a timely manner. Management here has always been lovely whenever I've interacted with them. The community is very quite and well kept. I don't love that there's only one washer/dryer for my building of 12 units, but I've honestly never run into an issue with it. I'm a young professional and thought the laundry situation might be like living in a college dorm, but no one has ever taken or touched my belongings, and for the most part I can get laundry done exactly when I need to. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking

My name is Crystal Gee. This apartment is greater than any other place I ever lived in. Other houses I lived in had bugs, rodents, and racoons. neighborhoods. This apartment is in the best neighborhood I ever lived in. I even appreciate the fact that the landlord here keeps the property up nicely. One reason for being content with living here is because I once lived in a house in Monroeville Blvd that involved: a careless landlord, basement sewage backup, dirty floors, mice. The rent there cost $1,500. On the other hand, Deauville park apartments is a great apartment to live. I drew a good picture of these apartments.
