Fox Plan Apartments

Nice place overall. Would not recommend if you’re looking for more quiet place to live, unless you get lucky with good neighbors. Paper thin walls & ceiling. Can hear people above you with every step they take, people snoring next door or talking loud & not inside voices. Way over price for that aspect of living in my opinion.

Had an awful experience with Fox Plan Apartments. Frank, the leasing manager, gave us four different move-in dates, missed multiple deadlines, and never told us we were competing for the unit. We made it clear we needed to move ASAP, but on the day we were supposed to get the keys, he told us they gave the unit to someone else (that he "supposedly" thought would fall through). All he offered was an apology and another unit a month later. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. If you actually need a place to live, don’t trust this place.

I loved living at Fox Plan Apts! Staff was very caring and attentive to my needs. Amenities included were amazing such as the trash service, parking, WiFi, cable, gym, and pool. I would 10/10 recommend this place to live at! I would live here again in the future! Very clean and nice apartments to rent. Could not recommend this company enough!

Let me start by saying, these apartments are beautiful and the amenities are well worth the money. I continuously get compliments from my guests. Tracy, the property manager, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and she strives to make sure tenants are comfortable and their needs are met. The community is pleasant with a wide variety of different people living here from small families to working professionals. The property is well kept and I am beyond happy that I chose to live here.

My experience at Fox Plan Apartments was very positive. I lived there for only 10 months on a short term work assignment. The apartment was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. Gil was nice and Shannon was wonderful, especially with her help with my move out.
