Very conflicted about this place. I lived here for 2 years, a 600 square foot one bedroom was costing 1,200 a month plus utilities by the time I moved out. Completely unsustainable. I have no idea how my electricity was costing 300+ a month for such a tiny apartment. Additionally, the washers and dryers will charge you SEVEN dollars a load when the machine says 1.25. They will not under any circumstances work with you financially. Charges insane late fees / move out fees, etc. One of the maintenance employees made me VERY uncomfortable, I let them know on the day of my move out and they never even responded (I am a woman who was living alone, this was a man who was coming by my apartment almost daily uninvited and unprompted). The experience so far has been great! The maintenance is top notch! The platform is great! We appreciate this and also hope to be the ideal tenants and keep the place in top condition. The gym can use an upgrade however the eminities are great overall.

My family lived there for 2 years. And they increased the price unbelievable. Service was ok. But for moving out they changed 2526,62$ and included everything and carpet change in to the moving out fee. Be careful people!!!!

I lived at Stonecliffe for 6 months and recently left due to a relocation. I've had a positive experience. The office and maintenance staff have been phenomenal. Any issues I had requiring maintenance was handled promptly and effectively. The apartment complex is quiet and pet friendly, which was huge for me. The grounds were nicely landscaped and the pool was enjoyable as well. Thanks for a positive experience.
