Monroe is one of the best complexes in Monroeville hands down... Tara the manager is very helpful and easy to work with on any issues. The lounge/common areas are always clean and inviting with a coffee bar! The maintenance and cleaning people here really care about there tenants and are a great group of people. This place is the best... Highly recommended 💯

Monroe Points is a brand new apartment complex in Monroeville. I am happy to be the first resident in my apartment unit, which is equipped with good appliances. The lobby has nice coffee bar. People are also friendly. Tara is helpful during moving. Overall, it is good so far.

Although words barely do justice in describing how incredible Monroe Pointe is I’m going to do my best! From application to move in to living here MP is like a dream. The attention to detail, ease of process, and most important, safety still blows me away! The amenities are akin to a resort while maintaining a warm, welcome, homey feeling! The sense of community is wonderful. There’s even a coffee bar, pool table, shuffleboard, fitness room that has everything one would want, and of course the spectacular pool! The manager Tarra is exceptional! She even hosted a pool party shortly after opening so everyone who had moved in could mingle S/O mission BBQ for catering the food was delish! I've been living at Monroe Pointe for a few months now, and I absolutely love it! Moving in on short notice was surprisingly easy and completely stress-free, thanks to the amazing management. Tara, the property manager, is fantastic—always responsive, helpful, and truly cares about the residents. My apartment is incredibly comfortable, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. The amenities are a great bonus too—there's a pool, a fitness room, and even a coffee bar! I highly recommend Monroe Pointe to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-managed place to live!

We’ve had an excellent experience with Monroe Point from the moment we came to visit with Tara Gadish, the office manager, to now after living here for three months. The attentive care for our needs and questions has been constant. We love the quality of the building, our apartment and everything that comes with living here. Room sizes, appliances, our spacious deck, sunny windows, large kitchen area, special get togethers, our mail, package facilities and so much more add to our pleasure of being a tenant at Monroe Point. Best decision we’ve made!
