LaVale Apartments

Lived here for 5 years.Nice place to live. Tenants are nice and friendly. Apartment managers and agents very nice. Maintenance and upgrades done as needed. Nice exercise room. Also there is a large social room. Elevators. Newly upgraded pool. Nice size units and balcony. Scenic views.

Wow, where do I start! Linda is always gracious and ready with an answer to any question. Maintenance is timely. I was duly impressed with parking lot and entrances being kept clear during the winter snowfalls. LOVE the pool! Grounds are kept beautiful. I have been here for almost three years and absolutely love, love, love this place!!

Careful the building has bed bugs and management isn’t making tenants aware of the infestation. They’ll never get them eradicated unless they treat all known locations.

When I say I love it here I mean it! I had to move from a slumlord situation and a HORRIBLE GUY above me who flooded my apt 3 times in one month! I lived there for 13 happy years until HIM!! I looked and looked for places for months! Me, my mum, and my best friend walked into my apt at LaVale and I sighed with sooooooo much relief in my heart! I KNEW this was my new HOME for my baby (dog) Herbert! The people here are awesome! The Realty company the Maintance men and to be honest its the people in the apartments that make me happy to come home again after a long day taken care of my patients! It was a bit stressful when looking for an apartment (my first with my boyfriend). But, Dominick was amazing! He was easy to talk to and very open to emailing/talking on the phone outside of working hours. It was really nice and made everything more at ease. We have been staying in the apartment for a few days and it has been great. I highly recommend coming to tour any of the facilities through Monroeville Apartments, and highly highly suggest asking for Dominick!
