Marshall House Apartments

They seem to have forgotten that people live here. Trash hasn’t been picked up in weeks. Saw a wild fox this morning enjoying the garbage that has been piling up since August!! Management is invisible 99% of the time unless they have someone moving in. Again. DO NOT RENT HERE. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

I've really noticed a positive change at Marshall House Apartments since the new management took over! Things have truly turned around in a great way. The communication is much better, and you can tell they genuinely care about improving the community and the living experience for everyone here.

Update. DMC no longer own the property. Which have been brought by Core Realty Management. We're going into our second month with the company they are doing a lot of heavy work fixing all of DMC poor management. I can talk to real people through phone, text and email which I am very greatful about. DMC took forever to have maintenance come out ,Core had changed that they have sent someone the date I requested. Fixed the poor installment from the previous company... I see maintenance atleast 2-3 times a week or so that is promising. I can see improvement I also know it going to take time because they are dealing with years of mismanagement of the property and tenants accounts.

Unless you are completely desperate DO NOT RENT HERE. DMC property management owns this place. Stay away from anything with that name on it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND ANYTHING DMC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OWNS. The apartment is dirty, unkept and unsafe. Not only did we have an ongoing electrical issue but we found large holes in the walls behind the heaters. The staircases often smells of urine and tenants leave trash in the hallways and under the staircases making the whole area reek. We had our closet rack collapse and maintenance told us to fix it ourselves. The management team is useless and lack luster. We received multiple promises or discounts on rent due to inhabitable issues. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND ANYTHING DMC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OWNS. I promise you it’s not gonna be worth

My daughter lives in the building and from what I’ve seen the building is a mess! The hallways always reek and I’ve seen trash all around the inside and outside on the grass. This management does not care at all!! On top of that their unit has horrible electrical problems and maintenance can’t even fix the issue! For your sake do not come rent at this place. Do not let the empty 5 star reviews blind you.
