The maintenance worker came by, looked around, told me what the heating problem was and said he would return. If he did return the only heat is in my bedroom! I go through this same dam problem every year for the pass three years! The exterminator never showed up on the scheduled time in October! The roof damage wasn't fixed in the guest bedroom! The only thing the leasing office and owners are good for is reminding you when the rent is due! Most I have too constantly call maintenance and the leasing manager in order to get things done!!! That's one of the reasons so many people have left since I moved in!!!!
I really love an appreciate all that your guys do. Amen the maintenance is a plus, anytime I reach out to them; they are always available. I recommend this place to anyone
The maintenance were fast and did everything good will definitely recommend them to anyone
Mice , roaches , old ran down and raggedy.
Repairs were carried out in a very timely manner. Workers were very professional and pleasant.
