Jazmen made the move in process very easy. She ensured all issues with the apartment were addressed by maintenance before moving in. Additionally I had a great experience with the maintenance crew here. I had and electrical issue and they came promptly to fix the outlets and was very knowledgeable about it. I’m all my years of renting this is the prompt maintenance team I have experienced. I greatly appreciate having steady communication and prompt service as I’ve had a hard time with getting things fix in previous living situations.

I had a great experience finding a home at Ridgeway Court - Jazmen worked hard to find exactly what I wanted and made the entire experience smooth. The apartments are a reasonable price for what they offer, the hot water doesn't run out, and they allow pets. Maintenance is usually very quick, and there's a 24/7 emergency line. I love my new place, despite its age, and I feel very at home here.

I've been dealing with a significant leak in my faucet for the past two months. Last time, I expected a call before they came to fix it since it was an emergency, but they just showed up without any notice, despite me selecting that option. Additionally, it frustrates me that they never remove their shoes, regardless of how clean my apartment is.

My last service experience was excellent Willie is a very professional and kind gentleman. He repairs with care, which in turn results in the repair request being met. My dishwasher was not operating properly, Willie ensures it was replaced in a very timely manner.

Where do I start..... My experience at Ridgeway was an absolute nightmare. Please, if you are reading this, do not live here. I lived here for 2 years and once every other month, my toilet and bathtub would fill and sometimes overflow with brown sewage... Like the toilet was possessed, shooting disgusting water out so hard it hit the wall. And when I called maintenance about it... They would "fix" the problem by temporarily making it work again instead of finding the actual problem. Then they didn't even get anyone to clean the bathroom after. I was sick all the time, there was mold under the carpet because water leaked threw my windows when it rained and would soak half of my living room floor...like actually soaked.. when I called about that.... maintenance brought a fan and tried to
