I was so excited to move into my new home that was quickly short lived. There were red flags such as constantly calling to see if you’re approved. I had to call a few times to know. The pricing of a two bedroom was 1329 without a garage, this complex is all about money. They wouldn’t even let you stay if the electric isn’t in your name despite being the start day on your lease. You will split gas sewage and water throughout the complex. They pay for NOTHING! Be mindful at night time you might not get parking. While walking in there’s stains and smell of smoke in the hallways and even the mailbox wide open and The doors are flimsy . Now as we enter the apartment it was so spacious loved the closets but the bathroom and kitchen should’ve been cleaned prior to new tenants. Brown stuff on the

I appreciate the promptness of the maintenance crew and the efficiency of their services.

Completely honest, one of the worst apartment experience in my life, from day one had to deal with cockroaches, Maintenance came out every time and sprayed but the root problem could never be fixed. For an entire year I had to shower while randomly being burned by extremely hot water, complained about this issue and again it was never resolved. I just took my L and marked the day my lease ends. I’m expecting them to keep my security deposit just for writing this review but I had to write this review. Literally can’t wait to leave.

Expired fire extinguisher, the thermostat doesn’t work . Because they control your heat and you have to share Utilities with the whole apartment unit . Once my lease is over I’m going to celebrate. The most horrific apartment complex ever. The roaches 🪳 is the worst on top of paying for Utilities that you have to share with others . You could be Out of town for a whole 1 month and you still have to pay for Utilities that you haven’t use.

From start to finish the experience with Patricia Courts Apartments have been excellent. Starting from the awesome and amazing apartment manager ELISE, her kindness, professionalism,I can’t say enough about her. Your maintenance staff wow, Your maintenance attendant William soo professional and thorough, accurate,timely, and on point. The grounds of Patricia Court, are always well kept up and clean. thank you for a wonderful onboarding experience.My husband and I look forward to to longevity enjoying this beautiful complex!
