This place is a major ripoff!! I had co-signed for my step daughter, she was charged for insufficient funds and had to send in a cashiers check. I communicated with the office to let them know that I would be sending a check out to them. Even though I have a 830 credit score, they wouldn’t let me pay with a credit card. Anyway, I sent the check to the address located on their website. I received an email saying that the address I sent it to was incorrect! They recommended that I put a stop payment on the check. I did and sent a new check. They had the nerve to charge the account a fee for returning the check!!! What a joke!!! I am currently a resident at this property about 7 months. This is my first apartment experience and I feel bamboozled to be honest. The aesthetic of the apartment sold me after searching in this area for a while. Fast forward Not even two days after moving in there were roaches crawling from nowhere. I bombed out my own apartment because I didn’t trust them when they said they did and everything I moved into this apartment were brand new purchases. My kitchen sink was backed up, they came and poured a blue powder in my sink and it stop for a few and began again. My kitchen sick makes these loud noises form my sink as if it’s regurgitating, and it does multiple times a day at sporadic moments which is very embarrassing when your having company and sink just burps out of nowhere. Overall the staff has been very nice and responsive since day one... move-in process was seamless and the space we have is wonderful from the 2 bathrooms, closet space, washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air, and balcony!! Unfortunately, Month 11 of into the lease we are still experiencing an existing Roach problem in the unit that just cannot seem to be rectified, despite multiple visits from maintenance, exterminators, and standard home methods like daily disinfecting and glue traps. Nothing is working, they are growing and multiplying by the day, creeping all through the kitchen and now into the living areas. This is unsettling and unhealthy for any family, especially with small children like myself.

Office staffs are all terrible to my experience. They are very inconsiderate and rude. I had my rental policy in place and because the apartment name was not listed on the policy which I wasn’t aware and when they told me I fix it right and send them the confirmation page and guess what because I sent it after midnight they still went ahead and charged my account $60, I have been asking them if they can please waive the fee and they refused. I have been living here for more than 5 years and they still don’t care. I have also experienced mice issue at my units. Mice’s never seem to end in this place no matter how many mice’s you caught. They running all over the place from neighbors and even when you are sitting down you could hear them running inside the vent. They need serious upgrading a

THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF!!!!!! I WAS GOING TO BE A CO SIGNER FOR MY STEP DAUGHTER. THEY MADE ME FILL OUT AN APPLICATION AND CHARGED ME $50 TO DO IT. I DIDNT WANT TO LIVE THERE, I JUST WANTED TO HELP. WHO DOES THIS!!! THEY MUST NEED THE MONEY REALLY BAD! BEWARE!!!
