Karen Court

The cheap rent is just about the only positive thing about Karen Court. It is nearly impossible to get a call or email back from management, even in emergencies I was unable to reach them or get a call back or any follow up. Most of the neighbors are nice but some are extremely loud and rude, to the point where police were called by multiple people, not just myself, and management never did anything to address the situation. The parking situation is really inconvenient when having guests over. During the summer, running an air conditioner frequently causes the power to go out. This place is abysmal.

When I first moved in they said maintenance cleaned the apartment which they did not. I found dog food behind the stove from the guy that lived in our apartment before us. There are mice’s and bugs in the apartment buildings. It rained in my room and my mother room five times. My mother have a cracked in her window. The maintenance team put a piece of tape on the window to cover the crack. Due to the rain coming in the window the fifth time mold formed around the window. It took three weeks before maintenance came to look at the damages from the rain. Maintenance did not treat the mold instead they painted over the mold. The pipe connected to the sink in the bathroom is leaking. Me and my mom cannot use the the sink in the bathroom. Not only is me and my mother is having issues with the

The Special Leasing agent jasmine is amazing! She was extremely welcoming in the moving process and made us feel at home even before we entered the apartment!!

The team is efficient, professional, personable, and accommodating. I appreciated the quick response to my questions and concerns.
