Maplewood Park

I lived at Maplewood Park Apartments for 5 years and recently left to move to another state. When I first moved in, there was a lot to be desired. Snow and ice would create a hazard with the parking lot, service requests would go unanswered and the landscape maintenance was dismal. I believe at some point, the property switched management and things significantly improved!! The exteriors were painted and wood paneling put on decks, the landscape was revamped and well maintained, security was improved, service requests were handled promptly, the new staff was engaged and attentive and communication from management was welcomed and consistent. The cost seems commensurate with the surrounding area. I highly recommend Maplewood Park Apartments!!

My experience was fantastic!! Abdi was the most thoughtful and delightful person possible when it came to helping me and fixing whatever problems i brought to his attention, with speed and efficiency too. Abdi made these random apartments feel like home!

Absolutely the worst possible apartment I have rented in the last 15 years. It all began with a leak in the wall leading to intense mold build up which they refused to call mold and only "mildew", we reported this leak and "mildew" build up 6 times before we had to move out, and nothing serious was ever done about it. I lost about 500$ in clothing from my closet which molded over and to top it all off, they offered us nothing as a reconciliation and even used kur deposit on repairs AND ASKED FOR EVEN MORE MONEY SENDING THE NEW REQUEST FOR MONEY TO CLAIMS which has been on my credit ever since 2018. Absolutely the most terrible landlords I can imagine.

These apartments have been the most disgusting place I have ever lived in my life. first off, a recent COCKROACH problem. I was going to go do my laundry like usual downstairs, and I opened the door to find a smaller cockroach wedged between the area the laundry door opens and the inside of it. It was definitely alive and ran away to hide underneath the machine before I eventually did my laundry. A few hours later once it was done cleaning, I opened it again to find a slightly bigger one in the same area again. Told my parent about it and she was disgusted as well. We do not live dirty, and now we have to go to a laundry mat just to wash our clothes. Secondly, the interior is also pretty bad. The carpets in the hallways are never clean and there's always one or two stains I see daily. Hor

Natalya called us before we arrived to give us a bunch more information about living here. The information about the fees was very well laid out and easy to understand. I was very welcomed right away and felt comfortable as soon as I walked into the leasing office. I was very thankful she told us lots of important info about the renters insurance and on site laundry, maplewood park definitely seems like a nice place to live
