Maple Ridge Townhomes

The best part of maple ridge by far is their maintenance staff! Always so happy to help and genuinely want to do everything they can!!! They always take their time figuring out the problem and are so friendly. My roommate was struggling to get her car out of the snow and they happily came over and got her out within 10 minutes without asking, thankful for these guys xoxo😘

The maintenance team has been AMAZING throughout this snowstorm. They have been working so hard to get the roads clean. They also have been super sweet and they’re helping people dig their cars out of the snow. Thank you so much to the maintenance crew!

Living at maple has been such a pleasure! The maintenance is incredible and staff are so sweet and understanding. They always greet me and my dog with smiles and make me feel heard. The rooms are spacious and feel homey. They also have a great dog park for any owners:)

The maintenance staff is great! We had an issue with our sink and they dealt with it quickly and thoroughly. Really appreciate how helpful they were!
