Maple Lawn Apartments LLC

My husband and I have lived here for almost 5 years. Our apartment has a washer and Dryer in the unit. We also have a garage that we love! We love everything about this apartment. The only drawback is that the neighborhood has a lot of crime. The complex itself is nice, but the crime in the neighborhood makes it less desierable. If this apartment was located in a better neighborhood we would stay here forever.

My boyfriend went to look at an apartment. The guy wanted him to come back the next week to see the one that was actually available. He went back the next week, but the gal hadn't moved out yet so he couldn't view it. The guy didn't contact him. So he made an appointment to go back the next week to view it but when he got there the guy said it had been tenured and he didn't have anything available. He never attempted to contact my boyfriend at all, so he made two trips for nothing. Absolutely rude!

So far living here has been great however as the only black woman with children living in this particular building I’ve been subjected to racism from one of my neighbors below me. Everytime I so much as raise my voice at my children he’s calling the police and office saying I’m abusing my children. However I’ve witnessed other ethnicities threatening to “beat their children in the back” and no police activity whatsoever. Please show me a parent that doesn’t yell at their kids! This has made living here insufferable! If you don’t want to hear kids getting yelled at don’t live in a place where there’s children! The office does nothing about the fact that he ONLY calls them on me and never the mother I always hear who lives RIGHT ACROSS from him constantly yelling at her children as well. Giv

MY CASE MANAGER FROM DAIS HASN'T RECEIVED THERE DEPOSIT MONEY BACK!! I CALLED EVEN CAME IN AND THE LADY CURSED AT ME AND WAS RUDE IM STARTING TO BELIEVE SHE NEVER EVEN PROCESSED MY APPLICATION.

My friend stays there and she loves it she has made her own little garden there lol
