Kinsale Place

Kinsale Place has been wonderful for me, planning to sign for a third year. Avante management is always quick to respond to maintenance and other requests, and the cleaning team keeps the property in good condition. I have no complaints, rent price has been great value.

I’ve had a great experience overall with Kinsale place. The rent is very affordable for the size of the apartment and the amenities provided, and the one time I did have to call for maintenance, the work was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend to anyone considering moving in!

Very well run apartment complex with active and responsive management. At the price point they are, great value. Beware if you are looking at an apartment facing Research Park Drive however; the noise pollution from the Atomic Koi bar across the street can be really bad, especially during holidays. While living here, I needed to often use earplugs due to the late open hours there.

Excellent building perfect amenities for apartments in unit washer/dryer and central air/heating and underground parking lot

Beautiful, very spacious apartments that are extremely well managed. Response to a small request was taken care of the next day. The hallways, entryway and underground parking were always clean. For the money, they are some of the nicest apartments around. Great location, super nice layout, very well run and nice people to deal with. If you can get an apartment here, you are a lucky person.
