Excellent service, Highly recommend Top Level Property Management, LLC!! What I love about them is that they are a one stop shop! They helped me look for a house AND rent out my house as a rental for my very first time. Looking for a house: Zach was assigned to help me and my family find a house. All of my preferences were regarded when sending me homes. He was extremely patient with me (especially in this crazy market) and was always available and responsive. I couldn’t ask for more! Renting out my house (as a first time landlord): Jack was right by my side giving me great tips for the industry and sharing all the options to help me along the way. He listened to my doubts and goals and tailored his help accordingly. I am so blessed to have Jack in my corner when I stepped into the world

We had some issues with the property shortly after moving in, all of which were taken care of quickly. On one of the larger issues, Lisa’s promptness and cheery attitude truly made a difference to alleviate our stress and make our experience better.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Top Level Property. When I was redoing my floors, a plumbing issue occurred when I was removing trim. Turns out one of the nails securing the originally installed trim was piercing a water line, and when removed, it started spraying. I called Top Level’s emergency number, was connected to a person immediately, then that woman contacted EZ Plumbing, which sent a plumber out in under half an hour. The plumber, Joe Riley, was helpful, knowledgeable and speedy. My follow-up call with Top Level was great, and I feel quite a bit of relief knowing I have a property manager that will be there to help when situations like this occur.
