I love my apartment and property. I have been living here for many years and plan to live here many more. The office staff, Amanda and Jesse are just the best! They are always there for me when I need them. The maintenance staff, Sean and Melissa, do such a great job. The area is quiet and safe and is close to a Target ad Hy-Vee.

I recently had the pleasure of touring with Samuel, and I have to share that it was an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly. Samuel was very knowledgeable about the property and took the time to walk me through all the features of the apartment, including apartment amenities.

Lots of hidden fees. Not great - The apartments themselves are OK (albeit aging, and small), pretty standard 2 bedroom 2 bath cost Just under $2000/month. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and dog-friendly is a plus. However, It is more than frustrating to deal with management. We experienced a lot of small fees that add up (administrative, move-in, move-out etc.) that do add up and serve only to annoy you. Getting our security deposit back took over 45 days and only after we had contacted and requested several times. I would say do not live here simply to avoid the small headaches you experience on a monthly basis with management.

It has been (and continues to be) a pleasure living here at Elan. My apartment not only meets but exceeds my expectations. It is quiet, clean , well put together, has exactly what I wanted and more. The staff have always been friendly, attentive, and helpful with any of my questions or requests. The grounds, amenities, and everything in general are kept clean and taken care of like you would hope. This has by far been the best place that I have ever rented from. Keep up the good work!

Honestly I’m writing this review this property made it hard for me to get a place ! After I tired to make payment arrangements to pay my rent the denied to work with me, gave me a five day I found a apartment after the fact I got a five day this property still took me to court due to the fact I followed the five day rule! Now I just found out the sent my past due rent to collections even though we had a stipulated dismissal in court since I found a place! Now it’s hard for me to get a place especially with me having four kids.. do yourself a favor find an income restricted or a decent property that’s willing to work with you with things happen! Money was not docketed in court, but the property still sent anything and everything into collection now it’s hard to get accepted… keep in mind I
