1 Glenn Place

My husband and I lived here shortly while we relocated to the area. We could not have been more pleased with our overall experience. It was by far the nicest and most well-run apartment complex we've ever lived in. The unit we had was wonderful, the amenities onsite were great for a complex, and the neighborhood it's in is beautiful. The office staff were always friendly, communicative, and quick to respond if there were any questions. The maintenance staff also were excellent at this property. They truly want you to enjoy living here and we can't recommend them enough! They are VERY pet friendly and always had great treats for our pup (and us!) in the office. :)

Nice and easy to work with office staff. Clean and well maintained public spaces. Safe, pretty quiet (as apartments go), and very quick response to maintenance requests. I love the big kitchen and all the cabinet space in the closet, kitchen, and bathroom. Love this apartment :)

I love living here! The apartments are well appointed and classy. The area is beautiful and quiet. The neighborhood is welcoming and comfortable. There are SO MANY walking paths and there are lots of dogs, which makes me really happy. The 1 Glenn team has been amazing answering my questions and dealing with any maintenance or home issues that have come up. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new place to live.

My wife and I have enjoyed living since summer of 2023. The apartments are very nice. Rebecca is a very professional and easy to work with property manager, and that makes a huge difference for us, same goes for the maintenance team. The apartment complex is very dog friendly and is convenient to go on walks and enjoy McGaw Park. We have found that the residential neighborhood surrounding it, and neighbors are also friendly.

Move in was fairly smooth overall! There were some issues with the online check in form so I had to re complete it on paper which was time consuming. My garage door opener also did not work for the first couple of days until they could get me a new one. Other than that everything has been lovely! Maintenance is very prompt in responding.
