Terrace Point

There is a reason this place has a high-rating. Between the move-in experience and having been here for a month now, this place is absolutely great. Management is extremely friendly, and helpful (genuinely went above and beyond for me), with very quick response times. The facility as a whole is designed really well, and there's plenty of parking, elevators, move-in carts, bike storage, you name it. The common areas are also in great shape and spending time in the actual Terrace of Terrace Point has been lovely. I pay extra for underground parking (affordable) and a storage unit down the hall (also affordable!). Best apartment I’ve lived in in Madison so far! The units have some really desirable features: ceiling fan, ice maker, soft-close cabinets, built-in shelves, high-quality appliances. Maintenance is fast. Gym has great machines and equipment. Property manager is very helpful and responsive. Terrace area + community rooms are really nice. Packages are reliably in the package room. I can’t think of a single downside!

Although my boyfriend and I just moved in about a week ago, we received such awesome support from the staff here that we wanted to leave a public thanks! We moved all the way from Texas for work and from the beginning, we had incredible communication from the previous property manager, Colin. He was able to set up a tour for us when we came to visit and got us acquainted with the newer PM Isaac, who somehow has been even more helpful! We were able to order all of our furniture to the property a couple days prior to move-in and when we met with Isaac for our keys, he even helped us move our mattress and frame all the way to our unit. Was my first time living on my own and don't think I could have gotten luckier! Property manager Colin was absolutely fantastic my entire stay and responds to any emails or concerns very quickly. Because of this, down the road I hope to rent from McGrath Property Group again, as I have had nothing but amazing experiences with them. Would recommend to anyone looking for an honest and fair company to rent from. Only complaint would be my heat going out right before winter time, but that is a given since brand new appliances can be a hit or miss, and I had not tested the heat until then.

My roommate and I lived in a two-bedroom at Terrace Point this past year and really loved our time! Public facilities (e.g. gym, trash room, lounge) are convenient and accessible, maintenance issues were resolved in under 24 hours, and because it's a brand new building, everything in the apartment worked flawlessly. Paying rent was super easy (you can set up auto-pay on your account), and the indoor garage was also a huge plus.
