Lafayette

I lived here for two years during my time in Madison. It was an amazing experience and I still think about my old apartment here often. The unit was spacious with great updated appliances, the surrounding is so peaceful, beautiful and convenient. I loved the gym and pool, they are never crowded and always well kept. Maintenance requests are super easy to submit and staff would show up immediately the next day to fix the issue. Another thing I’m really grateful for is the application process, I’m in the US with a work Visa and the staff made the process so accessible and equitable for international residents that was rare to find in other places. Also the staff is absolutely amazing. You won’t regret this.

Management at The Lafayette made my apartment search quick and easy. They have been incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the entire process. Upon moving in I had a couple of clogged drains. After placing a work order, ilir from maintenance was here to fix it within 20 minutes!

I’ve been a resident for a few months now and WOW am I in love. Such a serene and lace to live and the amenities are exceptional. I had requested maintenance to come in and make a few repairs and was so pleasantly surprised to have Ed save the day! I usually dread having maintenance come into my home, but Ed was so kind and easy going and EFFICIENT. I love calling The Lafayette home <3

The Lafayette was a great place to live - management was incredibly kind and responsive. They consistently went above and beyond, including making move out easy. The community was quiet, parking was simple, and the units were very nice. Highly recommend!

We dropped in with our daughter on a Saturday afternoon to see if anyone was in the leasing office and if a studio apartment was available. Suela was in the leasing office and was so kind and helpful! A studio apartment was available and was the nicest apartment we had looked at after spending the day touring apartments. We really look forward to our daughter's move-in date. We know she will be in a clean and safe apartment in a very friendly environment.
