Magnolia Gardens Apartments

I would say the opposite of luxury!! Please believe all the reviews because all of them are true! The buildings are poorly maintained and the hallways always stink. These apartments are very old and have not been renovated. Big issue of silver fish. Management is horrible and will not get anything done It is one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. Please do not rent any place owned by Oxford Realty Group. The appliances are outdated, and in very poor condition would never recommend renting or doing any business with any property they own ever. One very important thing about maintenance you should know “ they come when they can” not when you need them.

Absolutely love my apartment. Its nice calm & quiet!

Maintenance of the property is not equal to the amount of money for rental. Very poorly maintained.
