MAA Hebron

Apartment itself is very nice. Management and staff are friendly. Maintenance is very prompt. However. I have had to deal with a downstairs neighbor who smokes and sells marijuana. So much so I can often smell it in the apartment. Random cars at the building picking up “something” from downstairs neighbor all hours. Anytime their door opens it’s so pungent the smell. Management has been told numerous times but pretends they don’t know where it’s coming from despite me and neighbors reporting it. Their only solution is for me to move to another unit. So they are ok with illegal drug use and sales on property. Would not recommend not family friendly for this reason. Allegedly there is a courtesy officer but I’ve never seen him though they claim he is always going around the property

I give the maintenance team a 5 star rating. I give the lead management a 1 star rating. Hence my 3 star overall rating. The maintenance guys are overworked and short on staff. Having said that, they always hit a homerun. Not such a good out of the park hit with management. I've personally registered complaints and offered solutions to issues, only to have it fall on deaf ears. Trash pickup is miserable. It's constantly in overflow mode, with trash all over the place. I've suggested twice a week pickup, or another dumpster. (Deaf ears) Dog owners constantly leave their dogs feces on the ground. I've suggested that a fine should be initiated. **A Great Place to Call Home!** I lived at MAA Hebron for over a year, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and feels very safe. The apartment was modern, clean, and spacious, with great natural lighting and quality appliances. One of the things I appreciated most was the responsive and professional management team—maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, and the front office staff was always friendly and helpful. The location is also super convenient, with easy access to nearby highways, shopping centers, restaurants, and parks. The Maintenance team at MAA is top notch. They are always quick to handle any ticket that I have placed and it’s usually the same day. I have never had to clean up after them. Great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants close by.

I want to preface by saying I've been a resident at this property on and off for the past 10 years. The area is conveniently located, as there are a number of fast food locations, shopping centers, and gas stations within walking distance. To be honest, this is probably how MAA has been able to justify charging what they do for apartments that have not been updated since this property was established (outside of updating all the lights on the grounds to LED's and switching over to digital locks for the apartments themselves). With that being said, this establishment has taken a nose dive in regard to cleanliness and security. For starters, the grounds of the property have not been properly maintained for the past few years. Whoever provided the original service is no longer a partner of MA
