Terrible customer service. I called 5x to get availability. 2x went straight to voicemail, 3rd time calling, I went to the resident/maintenance option to see if I could reach a agent, 4th time calling someone picked up and put it on mute LIKE REALLY… 5th call, the agent (a guy) picked up and put it on mute once again, not knowing I heard him before he put the call on mute. That’s crazy work slim. Once I said I’ll stay on mute and mentioned calling corporate, the guy picked up to rudely say they don’t have availability IN SEPTEMBER. DO YALL KNOW THAT ITS PEAK MOVING SZN🥴🤔 EVERYONE IS LOOKING TO MOVE. To leave the office phone ringing for a prospect, I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT YOU’RE DOING TO YOUR RESIDENTS. The amount of ignored calls is crazy work. I hope you know your reviews is what drives

The maintenance company is amazing! For weeks, i’ve been trying get some working water in my place and Matt (main supervisor) was an incredible help to me fixing my water heater! He was so respectful and reliable! If you ever need someone to fix literally anything..call him!
