Liberty Place

I wouldn’t recommend this complex to no one especially if you have company often don’t move here. If your company isn’t parked in the very small amount of visitor parking spots they will be towed. They allow other renters to break lease policies. The leasing staff are nice when moving in & once your lease is signed they are nonchalant. this complex just doesn’t give a home feel at all. your paying for amenities that aren’t available. Just Way too much money to be dealing with too much BS. Find another company & apartment complex to rent from.

In the beginning it was a beautiful place to live. Not sure what happened or what caused them to start to switch up but it was a bad decision. The sense of urgency had depleted tremendously and the lack for human living conditions have skyrocketed. Some of the people you have working here have no empathy for people and their concerns

MAIRIA AND CEIRA ARE AMAZING.. first off it was an easy move in process. Maria walked me though the apartment for my first time, I told her I hated the old looking white appliances. Guess what a few days later I had brand new black appliances… great service and Ceira is an amazing at her job also.

Maintenance will not actually fix leaks or care about mold. They will just put wood boards over the leaks and fix nothing. One of the men also said he could fix my doors because they couldn't really shut and now they don't shut at all, minus my apartment door. All of you should do better as a collective, I have my baby in here.

All though the apartments are nice. They have NO SIDEWALKS. Have to walk in the streets. My cousin suffers from M.S., She lives on the 3rd floor. Her air conditioning is broken. Instead of "replacing" the system(being lazy). They made it even worse. She's afraid to say anything about it!!. I AM NOT. If the temperature is over 80°outside. It's 85°-90° in her apartment!!. I suggested to her to found the property owner/owners. See if they can get you a new system. She doesn't want to stir up any problems with those who work in the office. I told her. "It's their damn job, to make sure their tenants are happy". She's not happy..and neither am I..and i don't even live there. She has lived there for well over 10 years!!. Noone should be living in a HOT apartment!!. It's really hot..and the tempe
