Very quiet and clean neighborhood, staff moves quickly to make repairs with a smile

I give one star because the maintenance people do care and try their best & some of the people in the office, but this is ridiculous. My family has been here for about a month & within this last week this has to be the absolute worse home I’ve ever had. Water bugs are common, but these two new issues is a hell no especially because all I do is clean all day. I’m finding mice feces behind my furniture & under my cabinet. It even bit a hole in food items. It’s currently 11 at night and I just killed THREE roaches within a 6 minute time frame. This is disgusting & I’m forced to go get a hotel for the weekend until these issues can get resolved! I’ve never wanted to move out of home this fast but I’m terrified and grossed out. Staff is really nice and Jennifer was super sweet and very helpful but….the roaches/water bugs we had just weren’t suitable for our family. And the A/C always acting up and being really hot in the house was definitely a turn off

Would absolutely not recommend this housing to anyone. Do not let the prices fool you, it isn’t worth it especially in this horrible area of Virginia. I have to say, this is by far the worst military housing I’ve lived in, in my 20 years of being in a military family. Our first month here, our home had an attempted break in with our glass door being shattered and door kicked in near the bottom corner, and my husbands locked car was broken into and found his personal items all over the street before going to work. The office just dismissed and said it happens all the time, and they can’t do anything about it. Another problem is the spiders and the huge roaches…they’re everywhere and it’s horrid that we have to settle living with bugs! And last but not least…the A/C and heat. In the summer i

No complaints! Moved here about 4 months ago. Transferred here because my son goes to ODU and I needed a change of scenery for my job sake, 18-19 minutes from my son at the dorms and 15 minutes from work. It’s brilliant!
