Liberty Gardens Apartments & Townhomes

I toured these apartments yesterday and literally had a tenant tell me unprompted that they loved living here. I've been searching for months for something in my price range that didn't feel dirty, run down, or unsafe. This place also offered a few extra things I wanted too, like hard floors, off street parking, laundry access, close to work, natural lighting. I put in an application after being given a tour by a wonderful woman who was recently hired to work there (I'm so sorry, I'm horrible with names and I can't remember yours but you were amazing!). If anything changes with my experience I'll update this review to reflect that but I am thrilled with my experience so far. I lived in LIBERTY GARDENS for 4 years and sadly ☹️ the reason I am moving is because I need bigger space for my family. I have 2 toddlers now , I would stay if there was in-unit washer and dryer NEVER had any mice or roaches issue during my residency Management is always polite and attentive to my needs. Big thanks 👏🏼to Janet for helping me and resolving Any of my issues That I had, and staying in contact with me, She really help me with anything I need her help with. Super responsive and patient! I need to bring to your attention the ongoing problems at that are making it harder and harder to live here. Parking has become a major issue, particularly with the resident in 7002 Rudisill, first floor, (African man) who continues to keep multiple vehicles, including junk cars that he buys, on the lot. At times there are six or more cars tied to that unit, leaving other residents with no choice but to park much farther away and take up space near other units. This man parks cars on Bexhill and take up spots there as well. It is a pure nuisance!! I have seen a young lady fuss with them about this before. Whenever complaints are made, the vehicles are moved for a short time only to reappear a week or two later. This is unfair to paying residents who follow the rules. On top of that, the

Move in on Jan 15 have not been able to stay there 10 things wrong/ could not use the stove / gas was not connected / we didn’t not add my daughter 100 to add a 9 year old horrible/ water does not get how the manager stated I am in violation of my lease 0 star hopefully it gets better
