Lexington Sky Apartments

Extremely disappointed every single time I try to go work out with my husband at the caldwell apartments, there is family with children in there not using the machines but running around and using a laptop in there. Ive seen them argue with other people when they were the ones who attacked them first. Anyways there should be rules because they are disrespectful towards others working out. And ive seen them take out equipment i thought they were taking it home. Needs to be said.

We moved into Lexington Sky apartments in June 2024. We are on the third floor and so far have had a great experience. Any maintenance issues we have had have been dealt with immediately, some on the same day we reach out. The rent is cheap for the size of apartment we have. The only noises we hear below or next to us are very faint. The only complaint I have is that if you have a very small dog you can't let them run free in the fenced dog area, our yorkie walks right through the fence. So far it's been a great place and managemenr is awesome!

Management is always helpful and keeps everyone updated with the on-goings of the apartments.

The woman who works in the office is soo cool. And the grounds does so well. I would rent from them all day everyday.
