Legacy at Fox Valley Apartments

I visited in person after providing all required details ahead of time, including my move-in date and the specific units I was interested in. Despite all of this, when I arrived I was told by Argelia Ontivero that they could not accommodate me because my dates “didn’t work.” I was then informed that she had realized this three hours earlier, before going to lunch—yet no one contacted me. I came fully prepared and excited to rent a unit. Instead, I was left with the impression that management has no respect for prospective tenants or their time. It was extremely disappointing, especially considering I received four confirmation emails, including one directly from Argelia. I had to wait to do my review until I was all moved in . All I can say is this complex and community is great ! I had a few issues with my application process but it was nothing on the management side they were nothing but helpful and understand. I was denied the first time around but then the office presented me with the opportunity to do one app guarantee and I was approved same day ! I’m so happy to be home and begin my journey with you guys ! Keep up the good work ❤️

They have always been very helpful here. Office staff and maintenance have been great in my experiences! Location is super convenient as well. I would recommend!

Worst service i ever got in my life and my first ever experience with discrimination. I am an immigrant and was looking for a decent 2bd apartment. I was so excited and looked proactively(2 months before), I saw model house and they apartment was still occupied by other tenant. These people ask my so many documents, more than i have ever submitted to anyone, after i submit i paid for application fees, admin fees and sign lease. Went there multiple time to check apartment i was getting but they kept showed us other apartment. Finally they showed original apartment and said they still need some cleaning to do and we will get clean and fixed apartment. The

The long awaited review. I wanted to wait till I’m moved out to provide a review of my full experience. I lived at Legacy at Fox Valley for 5 years. I’ve experienced 3 management throughout my lease. The longest management team and maintenance crew was BH Management [Sinai, Argelia, Frank, Nicholas]. I value safety of the community, cleanliness of the property, peaceable neighbors, service, professionalism of management/maintenance, and consistency. Having been experienced 3 management changes, I have contrast. Sinai, Argelia, Frank, and Nicholas are the best in my experience. The people I see daily onsite that is.
