STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE Why??? Lack of transparency – The approval criteria were not clearly explained upfront. Only after denying the application did they begin to explain their standards. •Poor communication – We had to repeatedly call and ask for updates instead of being proactively informed. •Wasted time and money – Application and co-signer fees were collected, yet there was no clear or honest communication about eligibility requirements beforehand. •Inconsistent messaging – We were told everything looked fine, only to later be denied without warning. Poor communication and lack of transparency. My experience reflects the same management irresponsibility mentioned in many other reviews. Amisa in the office was lovely! Seemed to be the only positive personality in the office but maybe it was an off-chance day. Property is a bit dated but still has a charm!

I’ve been at Lakeview Townhomes for about a month and already love it! Amisa was so welcoming and an absolute pleasure to meet in person—she made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the little community events they host at the office; the paw pool party was such a fun touch, and our dogs were even featured in the resident newsletter! The neighbors have all been friendly and respectful, and it’s wonderfully quiet here. The serene lake view makes it a truly relaxing place to call home. I’m so glad I chose Lakeview Townhomes!

I have been here from May-2024 to Jan-2025 and moved to Texas now. I recommend this community to anyone who are staying near to suburbs near Naperville and Aurora in ILLINOIS as these townhouses are available at reasonable price with good services when compared with any community in and around. Main places near by: 5 minutes drive to Route 59 Station, 5 minutes walk to Fox Valley mall and Spring field park attached to this community having kid's play area This area is coming under 204 school district. I really appreciate the Leasing and management people, they are giving their best and serving well to the residents in this community. They are very transparent in each and every step they conducts events for kids and some celebration for all the residents. Very pro active in communicating

I have lived here for 4 years. Immediately upon moving in I had major plumbing issues. Due to Covid it was brushed to the side. A year later, I revisited the issue and a secondary maintenance crew came out. Promising of fixes and never receiving any. Keep in mind there's multiple toilets so it wasn't a major pressing issue, 1 trusted the lakeview team would notate and follow through on their promises, to my demise I wrongfully trusted them. At this point in time, the toilet pump broke, causing a flood in my upstairs. The guy came the next day and say they would have contractors come fix the ceiling. The water came through the roof, dampening the carpet, and ruining my couch. The couch was soaked with toilet water and therefore no longer useable. Lakeview townhomes is not taking responsibil
