The building looks beautiful and is always extremely clean and well maintained. The leasing manager Jessica provides excellent customer service—very friendly, helpful, and professional. She is also truly great with the dogs and always makes them feel welcome, which adds so much to the community atmosphere. Highly recommend!! Jeff does an excellent job taking care of the building. Everything is always well maintained, clean, and addressed quickly when needed. He’s professional, reliable, and clearly takes pride in his work, which really shows throughout the property. Great job keeping the building in such great shape! The best maintenance guys hands down!!!

Lakeview residence is situated on the edge of Phillips Park overlooking Mastodon Lake. This is a very peaceful area despite busy activity within the park but never loud or disruptive. The management team and apartment manager, Karan, work very hard to make positive changes and improvement in appearances to the building. Security is always good and a code or key is necessary to enter the building. The response by Karan to any need for request I have made is always done quickly and efficiently. maintenance is also treated in the same manner. The supervisor, Jeff, is very knowledgeable about anything that he has to deal with and is always quick to respond to a need. he will always greet you with a smile. The other Residents are all friendly and helpful if needed. I am very happy to be

I have been a resident here for 15 years. I love that I live on the top floor with views, quietness. I have been through many managers/maintenance people since living here and the manager Jessica and maintenance Jeff are absolutely the best. I've been waiting for a manager who takes control and actually gets stuff done and plans things for residents and who is extremely friendly...Jeff has been on his game since he started. He never complains and gets everything done. I am happy we finally have people in charge that actually care about their residents. Couldn't be happier:))

I was a previous tenant at another resident apartment in Naperville where Jessica Lesmez was working and from the very first interaction I knew what moving there was the right decision! She was the most upbeat friendly sweetest funniest woman all in one! She was so thorough on all the details and ammendies… now we are looking for another apartment and highly considering Lakeview just becuz of the our previous experience!!!

I have been living here for a few months now and I can surely say things are going downhill. One of the elevators has been broken for over a month now and the second one just broke as well making this place not handicap accessible. They don’t shovel the snow, just put salt on it, making it very slick and slippery. I slipped twice already in the past two days. Every floor smells like cigarettes, even though there’s a no smoking policy. People leave trash outside their for days and it seems like the management is doing nothing about it. The price to park your car “indoors” (The walls are plastic sheets) cost additional $100 per month. I will definitely not be resigning my lease.
