On 8/18/23, the owner of this business, Roobentz ("Benz") Jean, broke into a home to "take photos" and alternately claimed that he was "from the bank" and "interested in purchasing" the home. When contacted by the police, he then claimed that he was "in contract" with a mortgage company. Regardless of what he thinks is true, he did not have permission or authority to break the locks and door frame on a house he didn't own. Those are crimes, whether or not he's being prosecuted for them. Demands for compensation have gone unanswered, so he'll be taken to court. Avoid this business, because this is not acceptable or legal behavior.
