Meridia Living

I wanted to share my appreciation for the incredible maintenance team here at Meridia. Whenever an issue arises, they are fast, professional, and genuinely helpful. A huge shoutout to Jairo for always being so reliable and getting things fixed right the first time. It makes living here so much more comfortable knowing the building is in such good hands!

I’ve been living here at The Solo and Mattydale, New York for three years now I have never experienced a more efficient service department and maintenance crew that they have. I would like to give a special shout out to George, Sean and John. They are amazing whenever we have an issue they deal with it very efficiently. I don’t need to move living here has been nothing but a positive experience for me. I’m grateful to say that living in this apartment building has been nothing but a pleasure and let’s not forget Anthony Grosso and Bob sorry Bob I don’t know your last name Walker.

I am so greatful for the wonderful staff at the Meridea. When you need maintenance, out Super Felipe is so reliable, comes right away and always takes care of everything. It's fantastic. Likewise with Vanessa in our office. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is conduced in a professional manor - but is also friendly and understanding of each individual tenant. It's a pleasure.

They went to our building and made us pick flowers to make a bouquet! The experience was enjoyable! The flowers are very nice and the staff is very nice and accommodating!

We had great experience living at Meridia Living's The Mews (North Bergen). Right from the move in to seting up everything, Joe (from leasing office) has been very helpful and responsive. Special shout out to the maintenance team that have been super fast in their response every time and are excellent in their communication with the maintenance requests which made it easy for us to manage our schedule.
