Man, let me tell you, visiting my cousins’ apartment a month ago was an absolute vibe! The place is straight‑up beautiful, and this photo nails the feel of it. The apartment’s open layout floods the space with tons of natural light, making every corner feel bright and welcoming—just as I did when I walked in and felt the sunshine pour through the windows. The modern wood flooring and sleek décor give it a fresh, stylish look that makes you wanna chill on the gray couch and soak up the atmosphere. What really adds to the charm is the friendly neighborhood vibe; the neighbors are nice, which makes the whole living experience even sweeter. I even met a guy who gave me a sample of fragrance oil that I thought smelled good. He went out of his way to bring me a sample from his apartment while I

I've lived at a lot of places, but none can compare to The Hartlan. The apartment layout is open and airy, which provides me the room I need to entertain, decorate and enjoy the comfort (and convenience) of my space. A gym membership is a thing of the past, since the on-site gym has all the latest equipment and space. Maintenance workers are always quick to answer and resolve service requests, while keeping the common areas clean and safe. Parking areas are clean and accessible. The inside and outside areas for relaxation and social events are the icing on the cake. Lastly, the onsite manager and staff, put the needs of the tenants above and beyond their own.

My experience during the tour with my fiancé was exceptional. Elijah, our leasing agent, demonstrated remarkable professionalism and assistance. His patience and comprehensive explanation of the complex and associated moving costs were invaluable. His informative nature was truly commendable. Elijah deserves a raise for his exceptional service. The complex was aesthetically pleasing, characterized by its immaculate cleanliness and elegant design. We are hoping to MOVE IN SOON 😊😊

This place is deplorable, the apartment corridors stink, smelly trash and shoes are left outside the apartments, the trash rooms are unkept filled with trash for days, with mice now having access to the building. The dog park is filled with feces which could be dogs or human, being that anyone can walk on the premises and defecate anywhere! No new upgrades to a building where the average rent price is starting at 2K! Management can have access to your apartment at any time only giving you a few days notice! The building is not clean the carpet stinks! The outside/balconies, and windows haven’t been pressured washed since they opened! When it was Citizen Linden there were weekly food trucks, building hosted events, standards set for the community and community engagement! The Hartlan only

The management team here is exceptional. Jessica is outstanding she has always been so helpful and Elijah is a rockstar. The events that they do are cute. I would recommend this place to anyone
