UPDATE! Please don’t fall for good reviews ! I’ve lived here for several years and we had a flood 3 times and NEVER EVER Managment would tell you anything about rain or flood. ppl lost many cars and the Managment don’t tell you or update you of the flood ! Been seeing so many ppl moving out who lived here for only few months . Overall place is a shitty place . If you wanna move here BE CARE FULL ! They don’t tell you but the streets get flooded here . People lost many cars here ( Academy street ) They won’t tell you anything ! They know streets gets flooded and they chose not to tell you !! We had a flood recently on 07/14/2025 . We lost so many cars ! We didn’t have hot water for a long time !! Be careful with people at the office !

One of the leasing office employee Priscilla made my move a breeze, she made it quick and easy with the process and any questions or concerns I had she made sure it was dealt with quickly, the neighborhood is lovely and peaceful. definitely recommend anybody to check our community out if they’re looking to move.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The Lindcrest apartment complex feels very safe, and I always feel at ease coming home at any time. The staff is extremely helpful and responsive, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. A special mention goes to Matha, who goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable. She is always eager to help, friendly, and attentive, making a positive difference in the community. Overall, I highly recommend this Lindcrest apartment to anyone looking for a safe place with a supportive and caring staff.

Lindcrest was my ideal community to reside in. I submitted an application for a one-bedroom unit. I visited the community and was provided with a tour. The community is aesthetically pleasing, the apartments are beautiful and cozy, and the amenities included with the unit are worth the price in my opinion. However, the experience became unfavorable due to discriminatory behavior towards low-income renters and Section 8 recipients. Initially, I was informed that they accept Section 8 vouchers. I completed two applications and was initially told that my credit and income did not meet the criteria, which was conveyed to me before I informed Marta, the property manager, that I possess a Section 8 voucher. I have lived in the Lindcrest Apartments for over 20 years. The property grounds are always beautifully maintained. The staff in the management office have always been friendly, approachable and quick to address any questions or concerns. The maintenance team consistently resolves any issues quickly and efficiently, often exceeding expectations. The community has a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, with friendly neighbors and a respectful living environment. The living experience provided by Lindcrest Apartments and it's dedicated team is genuinely appreciated. I recommend to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-managed place to live. Brian Popailo
