Sunnyfield Gardens Apartments

I would like to thank Priscilla; she is very good, and I would also like to thank the Sunnyfield management.

Have lived here over 20 years. Quiet well maintained but there have been a steady reduction in services. First they stopped trash pickup. Then they took away mail delivery to our doors. Now they have moved laundry services offsite. They also do not abide by rent control. It seems like they want the older tenants out.

Melissa made the leasing process easy and simple. Very responsive and polite. Answered all our questions. Kept us up to date with everything. Such a smooth transition. Sunnyfield Gardens is very nice and quiet. Apartment is very clean, updated, and modern. LOTS of closet space. Superintendents are very nice, professional, and timely. No complaints.

I lived there back in 1992 for 4 years until the mice invaded. The owner at the time didn't want anything to do with renovating. It was ok for awhile. I guess they had no choice but to renovate now, hope they have new management now. At the time the super couldn't be trusted. I'm sure that super is fired and long gone. Best of luck to anyone that moves in there now. Hope all is good.

This place sucks. Been living here for 3 almost 4 years. There is an ongoing issues in my apartment building that is not even being addresses. There is this pungent and vial smell that is coming out of the walls and the floors. It smells like running sewage water or water that has been stagnant for years. They have addressed this issue in the past but never came back to see if their work was even effective. I have went to the supper and have called their numbers that they have you call. All of my foot work and throughout all of their minimal efforts, surprisingly nothing worked. Nontheless, I'M MOVING. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE.
