Not reliable… Be very cautious when working with this agency for any sale. Make sure to get EVERYTHING in writing and have an independent attorney (not one recommended by them) review all documents to protect your interests.

They will lie to you to get the deal, then disappear. Honesty is not their specialty. I wish I had worked with someone else— The Agent was an expert who managed to get both the buyer and the seller mad at him.
