The building is brand new, everything clean and fresh. Nicola’s been amazing agent, very helpful since the tour and moving. Maintenance guy Sammy, fast respond and problem resolver. Many shopping places around just a mile away. Great experience so far.

Have been here a couple months now and everything’s been great. Jasper was amazing and went above and beyond throughout the process of touring, applying, and moving in. Nicola has been amazing and extremely helpful with anything that comes up. Leasing office is amazing and friendly. Maintenance is very quick with any requests and the building is kept very clean. Would definitely recommend.

I recently toured this apartment and had a great experience. Nicola, my leasing agent, was very nice, helpful, and professional throughout the entire visit. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the process feel comfortable and welcoming. The building is brand new and offers a lot of beautiful amenities. The amenity rooms are not fully completed yet, but I can definitely see the potential. I will be applying today.

I’ve been here for almost a month and I love this place. The moving was super easy and straightforward. I was able to move-in on a Saturday which a lot of places don’t allow weekend moving. The building is super clean and friendly staff.
