I hired Teresa Seiwald to help me sell my Mom's house after she passed away and it was a horrible experience. She rebuked me at every turn, did not listen to any of my concerns, and even brought in an enforcer named Jason Robinson to try to intimidate me. She even threatened to quit because I was not wanting to do EVERYTHING she wanted me to do. I felt she was working for the buyer instead of me because she was agreeing with every concession they were asking for. She even refused to show the house, even though she had 2 other showings scheduled, because she insisted the first offer was always the best. If you are considering using this company, I would certainly think again. This may have been a one off experience, but I doubt it. Whatever you do think long and hard before hiring this comp

My wife and I were new residents in town and interested in looking to purchase a home here in Lawrence. We got in touch with a husband and wife team at KW and met with them to discuss our plans and learn more about the home buying process. The meeting seemingly went well and we were told to let them know if we wanted to work with them. We expressed our interest and were told that we would be receiving some information and documents to read. We waited nearly two weeks and finally followed-up.
