I would like to address my friend Bernard Bell who purchased his home 842 Wildwood Parkway on July 26, 2019 from the Kosoys has open working permits that were never closed out. Mr. Bell has been fighting this issue since he purchased his house. Mr. Bell continues to receive several fines and citations and possibly a lien on his home due to the Kosoys failure to close out permits that were needed when his home was being rehabbed. If you are looking to purchase a home from the Kosoys Anna and Gary please make sure you do your home work and check to find out if permits are closed out if not you may encounter the problem Mr. Bell is going through.

My friend Bernard Bell who purchased a home from Anna and Gary Kosoy continues to receive fines and a citation in the amount of $400 for failure to finalize working permits on his home he purchased on July 26, 2019. On July 3,2019 prior to Mr. Bell’s settlement, there was a housing inspection notice regarding issues with working permits and failure to resolve, which were never completed. On July 26,2019 at the settlement, Gary Kosoy signed an affidavit stipulating there were no violations or issues regarding the selling of 842 Wildwood Parkway. At this point, Mr Bell has decided to file a lawsuit.

Mr. Bernard Bell is a friend of mine. When he told me that he was looking for a home, I searched online, saw the home and shared it with him. I thought it was absolutely perfect and he was excited. Since he purchased the home, he has been diligent about making upgrades and making it a home for him and his family. Although he has made his house a home, he has been haunted and stressed by the ongoing issue with the permits for a few years. No one wants to purchase their dream home and later find themselves in a conflict with the seller for permit issues that should have been resolved prior to settlement. I overheard a conversation with Mr. Savoy and his attitude was nonchalant instead of being proactive to address the issue. As the person who found this home for Mr. Bell, I would not sugge
