I want to take a moment to recognize the fantastic maintenance staff & their hard work. A special shout-out to the manager, Eric, who was exceptional in addressing my feedback. He was incredibly prompt in addressing all my concerns. The property itself is wonderful, and the staff is friendly and now fully staffed, which means responses are fantastic. I love the community events they organize, like pool parties, wine socials, and even food trucks. The amenities are great and very family-friendly. It's heartwarming to see the kids playing and riding bikes, as well as families enjoying walks around the spacious property. Leaving my honest review. I want to applaud Caleb for the awesome tour he gave; he pretty much sold me from that moment. Kathy handled everything with my application and approval, and to my surprise, she was able to get me moved in right before Thanksgiving, which I truly appreciate. She was quick, friendly, and kind throughout the entire process. Even when time was running short, she understood my need to view the actual unit I’d be renting before signing anything. For the most part, my move-in was flawless. My unit is spacious enough for my family, and I really like the diversity within my building. It’s also very cool that each unit includes an ADT alarm system. It’s been about two weeks now, and so far, I haven’t had any major concerns. The building I’m in has plenty of parking, and

I entered a ticket in the morning about my AC, not cooling. I had to call in the evening around 6:30 because my unit was frozen Maintenance came right over and it took him a couple of tricks and Trips that was able to fix the issue relatively quickly and it cooled down to the degree that I need you to cool down so that I could sleep. Thank you so much

I have lived here 28 years or so. For the most part I have never had any issues with the complex or Maintenance. I would like to give Kudos to Kathy for recently taking care of me on getting new carpet. I love when someone takes ownership of an issue and follows through on what she said she was going to do.
