I want to begin with I have lived here for a very very long time. Maintenance fixes things, for the time being, it’s never a permanent fix I have put in an abundance of requests for them to either get barely fixed or ignored for MONTHS, maintenance walks into your apartment with no permission, while you are half naked and nothing is done about it, the manager shows retaliation for contacting them and lies saying you have a work order put in when you didn’t,, neighbors are loud and aggressive, cops are there often, property gets damaged from neighbors and nothing is fixed, EVER. Drains are constantly clogged, I had to carry a torch in the winter to open my door. In the summer the door swells to the point of being locked out. Beautiful property with a great layout. The disc golf course is a fun and unique feature!

Just a down right beautiful place, filled with animal lovers and rustic style appreciators. 10/10
