Please don’t move here ! Worse complex in Hampton. The houses are full of roaches and mice. You can only shower for 3 minutes before the hot water turns cold. Just 2 weeks ago there was an awful home invasion and bullets were flying everywhere. Did I mention the paper thin walls? You can literally hear your neighbors snoring through the walls as well as feel the vibration from the snore on the floor . Management && Maintenance SUCKS Ms.Cindy especially is very nasty all she’s worried about is rent payment she could care less about the living conditions in the home and her mouth is very smart for no reason ! I moved here last year and I sincerely regret it. If you can live with roaches and field mice this is the place for you! Then it seems like every time you go to renew your lease the rent goes up a $100 more. Imagine paying $1,200 for two bedroom that's barely 700 square feet! On top of that when you go and pay your rent through the portal the fee changes. In October I paid the fee amount of 4.95 month of November I'm paying a $30 fee to pay my rent. It's really sad how people take advantage of people who pay their rent on time.

Good price! What's the saying when you get low quality with a good price. You get what u pay for. The walls are super thin and my apartment door isn't properly fitted to the door henge, which can lead to rodents getting inside the apartment. I'll post pictures when I come back down there to visit.

I’m a current resident and I’m over here shaking in my shoes because there is a mouse running around my apartment that I pay $1200 for this is unbelievable. This feels like highway robbery. I work so hard and give these people every dime that I earn and I can’t even live comfortably because every time I turn around, there’s a roach or a rodent. I’m telling you if you just wanna live comfortably please Pick something else. This is not it. They will sell the hell out of this apartment and then when you move in, you realize it is full of bull crap for the amount you are paying. Lord God, I rebuke the spirit of greed over the people who accumulate this money because there’s no way in hell my hot water is limited and I’m living with roaches and rodents and paying this much!
